Complaint and Appeals Form
ECO, Corporación Empresarial is committed to investigate and resolve complaints and appeals, communicating within five days of receipt the findings to the petitioners. All complaints and appeals will be handled in a confidential, fair, impartial, constructive and timely manner.
Definitions:
Appeal: Defined as the disagreement expressed by a client regarding a decision related to the evaluation process and scheme
Complaint: It is the claim made by a client who is dissatisfied with some aspect arising at any stage of the service.
